Sleeping is so important and something that we need in our everyday life!! The saying “Sleep when your dead” is not completely accurate. Having a good night sleep can assist with many things including better performance as your brain has had the time to rest.
I have tried a lot of things to assist with my sleeping however I have found one thing that works no matter what and that is Headspace.
Headspace is an app that assists with mediation.
The app allows your body to take the time and switch off and relax which helps you to get to sleep easier.
When I am getting ready for sleep and I am not feeling over tired I switch on the session on sleeping for 10 minutes and without a doubt I am asleep.
The app has plenty of different sessions that assist with meditation and teaches you to relax the mind. It can be used for multiple different purposes however I have found the best benefit for my sleep.
