Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with B Balanced. We work hard to ensure your order  reaches you quickly and safely. 

Processing Time 

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking details so you can follow your delivery. 

During peak periods such as promotions or warehouse sales, processing times may be slightly longer. We will always update you if there is a delay. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times 

Australia 

  • Standard shipping 3-7 business days 
  • Express shipping 1-3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. 

International Shipping 

We offer international shipping to selected countries. 

  • Standard International shipping: 7 - 14 business days 
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. 

Please note that customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer. 

Order Tracking 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to postal services, weather, or peak delivery periods. B Balanced is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. 

Incorrect Address 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. 

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to redirect the package. 

Lost or Damaged Packages 

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist in resolving the issue.
