Refund Policy
We want everyone to love our B-Balanced products as much as we do.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact our office at admin@bbalancedco.com.au
B-Balanced have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item/s to contact us.
Return Procedure
Item/s must be unworn or unused (excluding trying on for size),
Tags still attached.
Receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Product Fault
In the unlikely event you have received a faulty product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package so that we can review the product and do what we can to make it right.
Incorrect Supply
If you received the wrong item/s, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your package and we will correct our mistake
Exceptions / Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Item/s
Gift Cards are non-refundable
Sale Items are non-returnable as they are discontinued and offered at a special price.

Exchanges
When your exchange has been approved, please re-order using the store credit provided.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, when approved for refund, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
